Jaipur. Governor Shri Kalyan Singh administered oath of the post and confidentiality to the Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot on Monday in a ceremonial swearing-in event organized at Albert Hall complex, in Jaipur. Governor Shri Singh administered oath to Shri Gehlot and Shri Pilot on Chief Secretary Shri DB Gupta’s request. Shri Gehlot has become the Chief Minister of Rajasthan for the third time. He and Shri Pilot took oath in Hindi language.After swearing in, Governor Shri Singh, the guests and other dignitaries attending the event congratulated the CM and the Deputy CM. Huge crowd present in the function greeted the duo with cheers and clapping. Shri Gehlot and Shri Pilot received their greetings and responded by waving hands.

Former Prime Ministers Dr. Manmohan Singh and Shri HD Devegoda, Members of Parliament Shri Rahul Gandhi and Shri Mallikarjun Kharghe, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Shri Chandra Babu Naidu, CM of Karnataka Shri HD Kumaraswami, CM of Pudduchery Shri V Narayanasamy, former Governor Smt. Kamla, ex-CMs of Rajasthan Shri Jagannath Pahadia and Smt. Vasundhara Raje, former CMs Shri Bhupendra Singh Hooda of Haryana, Shri Farooq Abdullah of Jammu-Kashmir, Shri Jeetanram Manjhi of Bihar, Shri Hemant Soren and Shri Babulal Marandi of Jharkhand, Shri Siddharammiya of Karnataka and former Deputy CMs Shri Tejaswi Yadav of Bihar and Shri MK Stalin of Tamilnadu attended the swearing-in ceremony.

Ambika Soni, Kumari Shaileja, Shri Ashwini Kumar, Shri Anand Sharma, Shri Praful Patel, Shri Jitin Prasad, Shri Rajiv Shukla, Shri TR Baalu, ex-Union Minister and newly elected MLA Dr. CP Joshi, MPs Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, Smt. Kanimoi, Shri Badaruddin Azmal, Shri NK Premchandran, Shri PK Kunhalikutty and Shri Sanjay Singh, Tourism Minister of Punjab Shri Navjot Singh Siddhu, the newly elected Members of Rajasthan Assembly, public representatives, dignitaries and general public in large numbers.
