Jaipur. The State Government has approved to create 61 new posts for various cadre including prosecution officer and public prosecutor for prosecution department and various additional district judge courts. Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has approved the finance department proposals.
According to the approved proposals, a total of 46 new posts have been created including 11 posts of prosecution officer, 3 posts of assistant prosecution officer, 11 posts of senior assistant, 5 posts of junior assistant and 16 posts of fourth class employees for the newly courts created in the prosecution department. The State Government will bear an additional financial burden of Rs 3.04 crore with creation of these posts.
Similarly, proposal for 15 new posts have been sanctioned including five posts of additional public prosecutor and government advocate, five posts of clerk grade-2 and five posts of fourth class employees for additional district judge courts at Makrana in Nagaur district, Lakshmangarh and Dantaramgarh in Sikar district and Gangapur in Bhilwara district. Along with, financial provision of Rs 1.64 crore has been approved for the office expenses of these new courts.
